NEWS & INFO

Thank you to everyone who brought their pet for Doggy Spa Day at North Shore Retreat!   We raised over $500 for Gregory's Gift of Hope Animal Rescue

Summer is winding down, and fall is on it's way!  We all know fall is a busy time!  A few reminders for your pet:

  • Frontline - the ticks come out again in September and October and fleas can live all year long in the environement, so don't forget to apply that dose of frontline.
  • Allergies - Later summer and early fall are the time of year when allergens are prevalent that may affect your pet.  If you notice excessive itching, licking or chewing of feet, or redness of skin, your pet may have allergies.  Please call or e-mail us with any questions you may have about allergies and your pet.
  • Exercise - Enjoy the cooler weather with your pet!  Take them on a walk or enjoy a game of fetch whenever you have a spare moment.  Also remember that as the weather turn colder, and your pet gets less active, you may have to decrease his or her food to prevent weight gain during the colder months.
